Background of the role
As a Senior Project Manager in the Products & Digital Solutions Team, you will be responsible for driving digital initiatives that enhance and optimise credit and lending processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that align with RBIH’s vision and mission. Your role will involve analysing existing workflows, identifying opportunities for process reengineering, and leading the integration of technology-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Educational Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive digital initiatives that enhance and optimise credit and lending processes.
- Analyse existing workflows and identifying opportunities for process re-engineering.
- Lead the integration of technology-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that align with RBIH’s vision and mission.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across lending institutions, digital solution providers.
Required Skills
- Understanding of the credit transformation landscape and customer-centric processes.
- Proven ability for impactful innovation & building new solutions/products that align with RBIH’s overall mission.
- Experience across various organised and unorganised sectors including agriculture, MSME, infrastructure, Fintechs, etc.
- Experience in exploring, market study, analysis, and implementation of solutions across changing credit/lending landscapes in the country and globally.
- Experience in navigating product requirements in technology fields and driving integration processes.
- Knowledge of RBI frameworks and policies.
- Expertise in managing projects & program management capabilities that drive digital innovation within the financial sector.
