The Reserve Bank Innovation Hub (RBIH), set up as a subsidiary of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 aims to foster and evangelise innovation across the financial sector to enable access to frictionless finance for a billion Indians. As part of its mission, the Hub leverages technology to foster innovation keeping the customer at the centre.

The Hub utilises its unique position to accelerate technological innovation by facilitating meaningful collaboration between banks, innovators, entrepreneurs, fintech firms, startups, and other key stakeholders.

TITLE:  Partnerships and Operations Associate


We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Data Integrity Analyst (Fintech Repository) to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the Fintech repository data. You will be responsible for reviewing user applications and submitted information, conducting thorough investigations, and making informed decisions on user approvals.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
  •  1-2 years of experience in startup ecosystem engagement, community management, or partnership development.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian financial services sector and fintech landscape.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in project management tools and communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant ecosystem players, including incubators, accelerators, fintech companies, corporates, banks, and industry associations.
  • Negotiate and manage partnerships: Develop collaborative agreements and partnerships that contribute to the growth and visibility of the Fintech Repository.
  • Organize and participate in events: Plan and execute workshops, conferences, and other events to showcase the repository and engage potential users and partners.
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies: Create and execute communication strategies to raise awareness and drive user adoption of the Fintech Repository across different channels.
  • Maintain partner relationships: Nurture ongoing relationships with partners, gather feedback, and address their needs to ensure successful collaborations.
  • Support project management: Assist the project manager with administrative tasks, research, and other duties in the development and operation management of projects as needed.


  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience, with extensive expertise in Startup ecosystem Engagement, Community Management or Partnership Development, Project Management.
  • Proficient in handling Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.


Qualified Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public relations, Communication or a related field is preferred.

Age and Nationality

The applicant should be an Indian citizen, with a maximum age of 35 years as of December 31, 2023.


The appointment will be on a contract basis with an initial term of 3 years and extendable on mutual consent.
