  • Experience of 5-10 years in IT Industry/ Business out of which 3 years of project management experience in successfully delivering complex technology solutions within a defined Software / Systems development lifecycle; consulting experience preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in the BFSI domain in one or more areas like Core Banking System, Payment Systems, Retail and Corporate Banking, Lending Systems, Cash Management Systems,
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to document, plan and manage time
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Excellent planning and time management skills
  • Experience in leading and supporting projects
  • Good fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking ability with good presentation skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel,
  • Proficiency in Project Management tools is desirable
  • Preferred candidates should have work experience in IT Products/Services/ BFSI domain in similar roles
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in project lifecycles from business case development to final delivery, oversight of project teams as they gather functional and technical requirements, project timelines, status reports, issues/risks list, and deployment
  • Business / System Analysts having experience in defining technical solutions or integration architecture with large and medium corporates in the BFSI domain.
  • A strong background in Agile software development methodology is preferred


  • Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and developing & implementing solutions
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
  • Staying up to date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
  • Performing requirements analysis
  • Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
  • Working closely with clients, technical teams and managerial staff.
  • Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency
  • Performing user acceptance testing
  • Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures
  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users
  • Managing competing resources and priorities
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Vendor relationship management including the completion of RFPs/RFIs (vendor due diligence), negotiating contractual terms, contract execution, oversight of vendor fulfilment of contractual responsibilities, evaluation of policy and procedure adherence, and monitoring service level agreement performance


  • Candidates should not have completed 35 years as of December 1, 2021(can be relaxed in case of exceptional candidates)


  • Post Graduate or Graduate in Engineering /MCA/MS from any reputed university or college
  • Candidates with Post Graduation or Graduation in other disciplines but having a proven track record of working in Information Technology, Banking Technology, FinTechs may be considered
  • Certification in software development, security practices and program management is preferable
