Experience working in fintech, banking, or financial services. Prior experience building design toolkits or frameworks.
10+ years of experience and a strong background in credit/lending, financial sector, process re-engineering, digital initiatives, digital transformation, and regulatory policies.
5-6 years of experience and a strong background in credit/lending, financial sector, process re-engineering, digital initiatives, digital transformation, and regulatory policies.
Proven experience of 15-20 years in research roles within the BFSI sector.
5-8 years experience working on AI/ML Models – supervised classification, neural networks, unsupervised and anomaly detection techniques.
3-5 years’ experience in ML Ops, with a focus on deploying and managing ML models in production environments.
